Funfetti Pancakes Makes about 6-8 pancakes 1 1/2 cups Funfetti cake mix 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 cup milk 1 egg Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium-low heat.  Meanwhile, stir cake mix, oil, milk, and egg until combined.  Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan for each pancake, cooking until browned on each side. Serve pancakes traditionally (with butter and syrup) or funfettied (with whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate syrup).
